The terminal is on the ground level, between Black Sheep Books and Steffich Fine Arts. Guests boarding at Ganges are required to check-in at the terminal 40 minutes prior to departure. While flights depart/arrive via the Ganges Seaplane Dock, please note that check-in at the dock is not permitted.

The terminal is also easily accessible via the Canada Line SkyTrain, offering direct service from downtown Vancouver to YVR.

2. At the Terminal

- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
