Overview
Escape to the mountains on a private day trip from Vancouver to Whistler, just you and your group with a local guide. Pickup from your downtown hotel or cruise terminal.
Drive through Stanley Park and over the Lions Gate Bridge, then follow the scenic coastal highway along Howe Sound, with views of the ocean and the Coast Mountains. Stop at Shannon Falls, a 335-metre waterfall just outside Squamish.
Spend about 4 hours in Whistler, host of the 2010 Winter Olympics. Your guide will point out the best spots, then you’re free to explore the village, Olympic Plaza and local cafes, or add the Peak 2 Peak Gondola (tickets not included). In winter, enjoy snowy mountain views; in summer, lakes, trails and patios.
