What To Expect

Get hands-on with classic sushi-making in this beginner-friendly class with Chef Chris. You'll start by learning how to prep and season sushi rice, handle nori, and roll like a pro using a bamboo mat. Then, you’ll create two fresh and flavorful rolls: a traditional California roll with surimi, avocado, and cucumber, and a colorful veggie roll with mango, avocado, and cucumber. Chef Chris will guide you step by step, helping you master rolling techniques, slicing, and presentation. After the fun, sit back and enjoy your handmade sushi with the group.
