Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, the Vancouver Art Gallery is one of North America’s most innovative visual arts institutions. Since 1931, the Gallery has been a place to connect with groundbreaking exhibitions, thought-provoking public programs and works by local and international artists.
Explore a dynamic range of historical and contemporary art, with special emphasis on the voices of Indigenous artists and those from the Asia Pacific region—highlighted through the Gallery’s Centre for Global Asias.
Housed in a landmark neoclassical courthouse, the Gallery is steps away from major transit hubs and a short walk from city attractions.
