Absolutely great , good hotels , explains the needed info . The guide Mr Jeff was good . Very soft, helpful , informative. I had been to about 55 countries and many tours. It's one of the best . Undoubtedly Rockies the best . They covered few extra places not listed in the itinerary. Wishing great days ahead.

Amazing tour. Amazing guides , amazing group

Becky was amazing. Full of historical facts. Fun games and icebreakers for the journey. Helpful tips for food and organising activities, hotel keys and generally just being amazing. A lovely bubbly personality and nothing was ever too much trouble. Charles the driver had funny anecdotes, safe driving and ensured our luggage was always in the bus. Both made the tour amazing. Only little fault was it could have been a day longer. The group that we were with also made the trip one that I will never forget. Cherished memories. Thank you all

Alexis was simply amazing. Made the Tour for sure. He had so much experience & knowledge every day. Gave us history & info every day which I loved. He was so happy friendly approachable and positive always. Sergei. - the driver needs to be more efficient and be on time more. Think He thot he was on holidays rather than our driver. We had to wait for him Sometimes. Late leaving as he didn’t get bags loaded on time. Just needs to be more aware and more efficient. Load bags before guests come to coach.

Fantastic Voyage!

This was a spectacular trip- no other way to describe it! Our tour director,Brad, provided a knowledgeable, thoughtful and entertaining narrative as we travelled from Vancouver through the Canadian Rockies. Brad took the time over the 5 days of travel to speak individually with all aboard our spacious and comfortable tour bus. He explained our itinerary and what we could expect to see and do at each stop. Points of interest were described as we approached them so everyone could appreciate what made them special. Brad had an in depth knowledge of the route and the fantastic sites due to his decades of guiding and his personal experiences with each hike, climb or Vista. I would highly recommend this particular tour as we had considered a similar excursion via train. The cost of the bus tour was about 1/3 of the train fare and provided us with flexibility unavailable on the train. So, between the outstanding tour guide and the highly skilled driver, JT, we were well informed, on schedule and able to see everything for reasonable time and price! Working with Winnie was also a pleasure- she was helpful and accommodating with last minute changes ( ours) and made the entire experience a joy- we will use Key West in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them for travel plans. Thank you to all involved in making our trip a fantastic memory!

A fantastic adventure that was very well organised

We (me, wife, two adult daughters, all Aussies) just did the Rocky Mountains Premium Xmas tour. It was a blast … our Tour Guide (Ryan) was very knowledgeable, incredibly well organised and funny too (despite being Canadian). The whole experience was hassle free. Needless to say the destinations were stunning and the activities great fun. Our driver, Brian, was incredible in keeping us safe through some pretty treacherous driving conditions. It’s not often I’d happily fall asleep being driven in those conditions. I’d give it 6 stars if I could…

A great trip away with great people.

I went away on the Caribou trip this October and had a fantastic time away. I was part of a small group of 9, and came away with 8 new friends. The tour guide Jeremy was brilliant, a really nice guy, and knowledgeable about all the places we went. The scenery was amazing, and even managed to find and Elk and a Grizzly bear.The hostels we stayed in were great, varying from an 8 man dorm, to a twin room at Revelstoke. The paddleboarding and kayaking were great fun, whilst the hiking wasn't too strenuous. There were numerous other activities to do at Banff on our day off, which were optional, but worth doing.I'd definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking to explore Canada.

What an amazing experience!

It was an incredible experience. The driver had amazing energy and was always attentive to our needs. The whole experience was wonderful, and the places we visited were like a dream. We visited the most beautiful lake very early in the morning, which allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views with the mountains’ shadows reflected on the water of Moraine Lake. Simply wonderful — Banff is one of the best destinations I’ve ever visited. I also met amazing people on this trip. Everything was truly spectacular.

Our tour guide Ryan was very helpful, informative and entertaining. There was plenty for time at each stop for everyone to visit the washroom and get a coffee without rushing. The tour itself was amazing. The hotels were of a very good standard and our arrival and departure were well organised. The scenery was amazing. There was something for everyone with the optional activities. The free time in Banff was a great idea also.

A natural high

My wife and I were on the one of the last trips for the Rockies Premium Summer Tour for 2024. Our guide was Corey and he was full-on knowledgeable and entertaining. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so experienced and customer focused. The Rockies are magnificent, the lakes amazing and the activities interesting and varied. We chose the glacier along canoeing on the river at Banff and also Blue River. Both canoe trips were good…if I could only choose one, I would choose Blue River as it was more natural and less touristy. We had a very cohesive group which made it an even better trip.

Phenomenal Christmas Experience in Canada!

My wife and I had a wonderful time on this tour over Christmas! The absolute best way to spend our Christmas holiday. Our tour guide, Ben Hutchinson, was phenomenal. One of the funniest tour guides we’ve ever traveled with. Very knowledgeable of Canadian history and great restaurant/activity recommendations throughout the tour. We were laughing all the way to Banff and back. He truly loves what he does and it shows! Our driver, Brian, also made the trip amazing! He went above and beyond just getting us to and from in safe manner. He was very friendly and funny as well. In between stops, he was constantly cleaning the bus and wiping down windows to make the views more pleasurable. Highly recommended this tour and extra bonus if you get to tour with Ben and Brian!

Excellent Tour and Scenery

This was a great tour. It was exactly what we wanted. Our guide, Shannon, was a great driver and tour guide. She picked us up at our hotel and we drove to Horseshoe Bay where we caught the ferry to Nanaimo. The scenery was spectacular. We stopped in Coombs to visit the market, eat lunch, photograph the goats on the roof, and eat delicious donuts. We continued on to Pacific Rim National Park (more spectacular scenery and good hiking.) We stayed in an impressive one-bedroom tourist apartment in Ucluelet. The next day we had breakfast at the Long Beach Resort where enjoyed the view of this amazing beach and got to watch a surf class. We toured Tofino, hiked the rainforest, and headed back to Vancouver. On the return trip, we stopped in Port Alberni for lunch. The donuts were so good, we stopped in Coombs again to buy more. This was an excellent two days.

A great adventure on the Rob and Jeff express!

4 of us took this bas tour from Vancouver in June 2026. It was excellent.Rob was behind the wheel and Jeff was our guide for the three days. Both were brilliant.The bus was comfortable, Jeff explained and took care of everything and Rob ensured we got to each of our destinations with a smile. Jeff provided the perfect amount of narration throughout, never going over the top, which we all appreciated.The itinerary was well thought out and although a lot of ground was covered, the stops were well timed.I was hesitant about this tour as I’m generally not a fan of bus tours. However, I needn’t have worried as this was excellent.Thanks folks.
