This was fantastic! Book it! You will enjoy it so much!Marco was very personable and fun. He did an amazing job and was very informative. His music was awesome too. You’ll see things you can’t view from land or sky. This is one of the BEST things we did while in Vancouver and we will book again if we ever come back.Bowen Island was quaint and a fun place to stop. It was a great way to visit without having to take the ferry.

Everything about this was excellent. Booking was done online through GetYourGuide and very straightforward. Joining instructions were clear and simple. The meeting point was easy to find. Our guide, Michael, was very knowledgeable and very engaging and delivered an incredibly enjoyable experience. There was ample food to taste which was of an exceptional high quality and generous in quantity. It is worth being diligent with any dietary preferences as, with advance notice, they can arrange to manage these. It was an excellent 2 hours and Michael deserves a big thank you.

Great experience, so very interesting! Started with such a beautiful garden, then food, food and more food, ending (almost) with a fantastic dim sum lunch. We then had a wonderful tea demonstration and as a non-tea drinker, I really enjoyed it (and the tea).Our guide Thomas was funny, engaging and so knowledgeable. And Bob Sung, the organizer, made a point of stopping by to meet us. Highly recommend this tour!

Local Tour with Local Appeal
We had an exceptional tour with Thomas. During the tour he shared the incredible history of Chinese immigrants to Vancouver’s and the development of Chinatown, including his personal history growing up, then working and living in the area. The pacing of the tour was well-considered, providing bursts of learning between delicious food stops, so that we could pace ourselves. Ending the tour at the Chinese Tea Shop was unique and different from other tours we’ve done. Hands down, I would recommend A Wok Around Chinatown.

This was my fifth time booking a Secret Food Tour, and the Gastown one completely lived up to expectations! We were super lucky to have Thiago as our guide; he gave us tons of cool history facts and helpful tips for exploring the city.We hit up some really neat local spots, and the walking was nice and relaxed. I loved all the stops, but Meat & Bread (Porcetta) was definitely my favourite. Such a great experience!

All three wineries were very good and I can not confirm nor deny that we bought 3 bottles. 😊 This tour was recommended to us by our son and daughter in law who took it in May and it did not disappoint!!
