We ended up doing the running tour a couple of days into our Vancouver trip instead of at the beginning, but he made it even better by customizing the route based on what we'd already seen. Before the tour, he took the time to learn what we wanted to experience and showed us new neighborhoods and sights we probably wouldn't have found on our own. He also shared great recommendations for the rest of our trip and even ideas for our next visit. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a fantastic host—I highly recommend this tour!

His knowledge of Vancouver was incredible and was able to answer every question we had about Canada and the upcoming FIFA World Cup. Overview of Vancouver

The driver picked us up promptly at the cruise terminal. His car was large enough for 4 large people and 5 suitcases. He took us to several prominent places to visit and was very interesting and knowledgeable to listen to. He then dropped us off at the airport. It helped make a very long wait at the airport much more tolerable. I would recommend Roy Chen for a lovely afternoon.

Saved the Night!

There was a hiccup at the beginning with another website that did the booking. I recommend booking straight through their website. We didn't have anyone show up for our tour and unfortunately, the website we booked with didn't properly translate to the system.Thankfully there was a booking number listed and we got a hold of the wonderful Deanna (I hope I spelled that right). She handled everything like an absolute pro. She was so engaging, easy to talk to and to sort out the issue. She came to meet us immediately and within a half hour the tour started. She gave up her personal Saturday night even at our protest! Amazing.She was great. It was a private tour for 4 of us with a toddler. She told great stories of True Crime that happened within Fort Langley. A lot of great information and interesting history! It was a little rainy and very spooky through the town. The perfect night.My family absolutely loved it and her. Would book with her or any tour she offers in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Private Tour Experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic time today with Thinh (Tim)! We started with breakfast at a local cafe; took in the sights & shopping of Granville Island; visited Science World; had lunch at DTF; had drinks at Tap & Barrel; visited the Lookout; and did a bunch of walking, ferry-ing, and train-ing in between. That was just our day's itinerary, since it is fully customizable per your desired stops. Tim was very helpful and accommodating, and the day was paced nicely. We are first time visitors, so it was great to get acquainted with multiple parts of the city and learn about more local places to visit, eat, and shop. We recommend this tour experience so highly for anyone who wants to see the city - whether a local or a visitor.

Best Tour Guide Ever!

We have engaged Cool Vancouver to do over 150 tours and this was by far the best because of Komy our guide. Shortly after we booked the tour we got a message from Komy telling us about the weather in Vancouver and what type of clothes we needed to pack to be comfortable. The day of the tour he gave us a laminated map with all our stops and the history of everything we needed to see. He was flexible with the schedule and when he was not doing tours he photographed weddings and brought his high powered camera so we were not having to take selfies all day! It was a treat. Stanley Park and Queen Elizabeth Park were peaceful and serene. The Gastown Clock is not to be missed. Stevenston Village offers a look back to what it was like to live in a ship building fishing community in the late 1800. But the best site is Granville Island, it is FUN and full of creative art. Komy suggested a restaurant that could easily been a five star without the price. This is a great day not to be missed because of Komy. He is the best guide ever!
