The Perfect Introduction to Vancouver

What an amazing introduction to Vancouver! We were looking for something that could easily accommodate my parents who don’t easily get around now that they are in their late 70s. This was the perfect tour for being able to accommodate our whole family’s needs of engaging teenagers while slowing down the pace slightly.Iresh was a great guide. I swear he knows information about every building and area in Vancouver because every time my family asked him a question, he immediately provided the answers they were looking for! In addition to being a wealth of knowledge (provided in an entertaining way), Iresh is a great photographer. He made us a personalized video of us and all the sites we saw.10 out of 10 would recommend for families that might want or need a slightly more tailored to them tour.

Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared many interesting facts about the places we visited. We especially loved that the itinerary included a few hidden gems that most other tours don’t stop at.The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and we never felt rushed at any location. It was a relaxing and memorable day with incredible scenery from beginning to end.Highly recommend Arrow Travel & Transit if you’re looking for a more personal and enjoyable Whistler tour. My husband & I were picked up in a luxury vehicle by Daniel our driver.He was very courteous & informative of the area on the way to The Fraser Valley.We stopped at 3 winery’s & at the 1st one we shared a delicious charcuterie platter while we tasted our beautiful wine which were both free as it was included in the tour price.The next 2 winery’s we visited we sampled 5 different wines of our choice which we paid for.I must say the wine we sampled on the day was very enjoyable & we had a very relaxing day.Daniel also included a couple of unscheduled photo stops.I would highly recommended this tour.

Surprise! It’s a taxi!

The booking experience was seamless and the communications from Cool Vancouver were frequent, especially as we got closer to pick up. I was surprised when a yellow taxi arrived at our hotel in Vancouver rather than the van I booked. The driver was lovely and was able to get our bags into his vehicle. The ride to the airport went well.
