Atik was always willing to help. But we did have a issue. He dropped us off at the wrong hotel. It had a similar name. I had talked with someone different on the phone and they had the wrong hotel and asked me to send the correct hotel which I did but they still got it wrong.

Company was only able to respond in a timely manner but our driver Simir came a little earlier because our flight was in early and was helpful, informative, and friendly.
