More than food..

A couple of weeks ago, we took this Chinatown food tour. There was very little Chinese food but it was OK because our guide, Arsham knew where to find a variety of good eats in that neighborhood. Even more than the food, we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with Arsham. We appreciated his vast knowledge as a lifelong resident, and learned a lot about Vancouver, past and present.

This walking tour was a blast and super interesting! It was great to have the freedom to pause and explore whenever we wanted. We picked up some cool facts and got to see a ton of the city. The only issue is it doesn’t calculate the final score correctly, so those that are competitive may be slightly disappointed! 😂

It was booked as a group tour but ended up being a private tour with Shima. Shima was very friendly and open to suggestions on where we would like to go. We enjoyed the view from the top floor of the Public Library and walking through the Sun Yat Sen Garden.

Our guide as a wealth of historical and current information about Chinatown.The curated menu showcases the variety that the district has to offer, and along the way, we found additional restaurants we went back to try during our visit.But what sets this tour apart is our guide made himself available to answer additional questions that came up after the tour was over!When we were out later that evening, looking for entertainment, our guide provided a couple of additional recommendations.When we go back to visit, you can be sure we plan on reconnecting with our new friend.

Best hunt ever

Very fun activity to do with friends! App was intuitive and smooth. We liked that it was super easy for us to connect our phones together via the app and the progress was synced across all devices. The clues were clever and various so we don't feel repetitive although there were over 20 challenges.

We were in Vancouver...

We were in Vancouver ahead of a cruise and decided to check out this outdoor Escape Rooms. We are so glad we did. We played both of their games in Granville Island and Gastown. We have completed many escape rooms across the country, but this was our first experience with outdoor escape games. It added an entertaining layer we were not expecting. The puzzles were clever, challenging, and flowed naturally from one to the next.

Saved the Night!

There was a hiccup at the beginning with another website that did the booking. I recommend booking straight through their website. We didn't have anyone show up for our tour and unfortunately, the website we booked with didn't properly translate to the system.Thankfully there was a booking number listed and we got a hold of the wonderful Deanna (I hope I spelled that right). She handled everything like an absolute pro. She was so engaging, easy to talk to and to sort out the issue. She came to meet us immediately and within a half hour the tour started. She gave up her personal Saturday night even at our protest! Amazing.She was great. It was a private tour for 4 of us with a toddler. She told great stories of True Crime that happened within Fort Langley. A lot of great information and interesting history! It was a little rainy and very spooky through the town. The perfect night.My family absolutely loved it and her. Would book with her or any tour she offers in a heartbeat.

Very Pleasant experience.

Even though the app didn't automatically play the segment when I'm at a certain GPS location, it gave the option of playing the video when I'm close to it. In my case, I played the segment when I'm at the area that matches the photo on the app. It was a great experience for me and my girlfriend and we learned a little bit of our own backyard in Fort Langley. The price was a big plus too. I will look forward in doing my next walking tour with this app.

Fantastic Private Tour Experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic time today with Thinh (Tim)! We started with breakfast at a local cafe; took in the sights & shopping of Granville Island; visited Science World; had lunch at DTF; had drinks at Tap & Barrel; visited the Lookout; and did a bunch of walking, ferry-ing, and train-ing in between. That was just our day's itinerary, since it is fully customizable per your desired stops. Tim was very helpful and accommodating, and the day was paced nicely. We are first time visitors, so it was great to get acquainted with multiple parts of the city and learn about more local places to visit, eat, and shop. We recommend this tour experience so highly for anyone who wants to see the city - whether a local or a visitor.
